Frequently asked questions.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What counts as a presentation?

Each time a team member generates a new presentation for a client, it counts as one. Exporting the same presentation multiple times in different formats does not count as additional uses.

How does the AI personalization work?

When a rep adds a client, Slide Lock reads the client's website and suggests tailored content for every variable field in the presentation. The rep reviews and approves every suggestion before generating. Nothing goes into the final deck without their input.

What can my team actually edit?

Only the fields you define as variable. As the administrator, you control which parts of the presentation your team can personalize and which are locked. Reps work within those boundaries — they cannot edit anything outside the defined fields.

What export formats are supported?

All plans include export to PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, and Google Slides. Every generated presentation is available in all three formats.

What is your refund policy?

All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel or your subscription lapses, your account is suspended. Upon logging back in, you will be directed to choose a plan. All previously generated presentations become accessible again once you reactivate.
